FIRM RENEWALS 2010-2011

Please be advised 2010-2011 Renewal Forms for Architectural Corporations, Architectural-Engineering Corporations and Limited Liability Companies will not be sent via mail. Beginning June 1, 2010 you may choose the link for forms (see frame on left), print the appropriate form and mail along with your check to The Louisiana State Board of Architectural Examiners – 9625 Fenway Avenue, Suite B, Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Your completed form and $50.00 check must be postmarked by June 30, 2010. All renewals received after the deadline are deemed delinquent and must include a $50.00 delinquent fee.

RENEW YOUR DELINQUENT LICENSE  ONLINE FOR 2010 USING CREDIT CARD OR CHECK:

You will need to enter your LA Registration Number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number will be the password. If your firm is practicing architecture as a professional arch corporation, an arch/eng corporation or a limited liability company in Louisiana , it must be registered with this board as you must enter the firm's registration number to complete your renewal. Renewal certificates will not be mailed out but may be printed online after you complete the renewal process. Be sure to update your mailing address, email address, etc. online.

Licensee and Firm Rosters are now available for Download.

The Board has also added a "Certificate of Good Standing" page which can be printed when needed.  It can be found under the Roster (Registrants) hotlink. Enter the Name of the Architect and when the result is displayed, you can print the Certificate of Good Standing for this Architect.

The rules and laws web pages have been enhanced to make them easier to browse. These are now in PDF format. You can search, browse, print or download the Rules and Laws using Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later. You will find a link to download the Acrobat Reader from Adobe in the Rules and Laws section the Web Site.
